Perfect post-workout food. Just the right amount of sweets.
- peels of 1 orange
- 2 tbs of carob powder
- 1 tbsp of honey or molasses
- 1 tbsp of coconut shreds
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of amaranth
- 2 tbs of whole millet (or any small whole grain)
Cook the millet over medium heat until soft. Drain.
Add the amaranth and coconut oil to the pan.
Cook all of it for 2 min.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shape them into balls.
Keep in the fridge or the freezer.
If you over grate the oranges it will taste bitter
